 PERFORMANCE AND MENTAL HEALTH THERAPY

For Anyone Wanting to Feel and/or Perform Better

At Aid Station Performance Therapy, the focus is on helping athletes and individuals unlock performance and regulate the nervous system for healing and growth. Mike Grant brings expertise as a therapist, coach, and ultra-runner to guide you in moving past blocks and building resilience.

We specialize in EMDR therapy and Brainspotting, proven methods that work directly with the brain and body to process unresolved experiences. This helps release patterns such as fear, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, feeling stuck, or difficulty trusting muscle memory in high-pressure moments.

Our work integrates evidence-based modalities—EMDR, Brainspotting, CBT, ACT, and mindfulness—to strengthen regulation, rebuild confidence, and support lasting progress.

You can choose from:

Individual therapy (in-person, virtual, or motion-based outdoors).

Peak performance coaching, with tailored mental training plans.

Group coaching & workshops for sports or business teams.

By regulating the nervous system and clearing mental blocks, you can move from stuck to strong—ready to reach your goals.
