  • Fear

  • Uncertainty

  • Intrusive thoughts

  • Feeling of being locked, stuck, or frozen

Studies show that by using EMDR therapy people can experience the benefits of psychotherapy that once took years to make a difference in a much shorter time frame. EMDR therapy involves attention to three time periods:  the past, present, and future.  Focus is given to past disturbing memories and related events as well as current situations that cause distress, and to developing the skills and attitudes needed for positive future actions.

Brainspotting can be a powerful and effective treatment to assist people heal from trauma, reach their goals, and achieve their potential. Brainspotting works by identifying, processing and releasing core neurophysiological sources of emotional/body pain, trauma, dissociation and a variety of other challenging symptoms.
